Potato Pie with Chum Salmon - recipe with photo

Potato Pie with Chum Salmon

A stunning dish! A combination of a juicy filling and a delicate, airy dough. I recommend using chum salmon specifically, although any fish of your preference will work. If the potato variety cooks quickly, you can skip pre-cooking them and simply slice them thinly into the filling.
