Honey Agarics Salad with Korean-style Carrots
A hearty and delicious dish. Any pickled mushrooms can be used as a base instead of honey agarics. I recommend trying the original sauce made from a mixture of a small amount of mayonnaise and soy sauce, but you can use regular mayonnaise if preferred. These ingredients make 4-6 servings.
