Apple Cake with Cheesecake Notes
A stunning dessert! A combination of airy sponge, delicate cream and juicy fragrant apples. The filling tastes like a real cheesecake, differing only in the base. It is recommended to use medium-firm apples. Using brown sugar when mixing with the fruit will add a caramel note to the dish.
