Step 4 of 10
Pour the mixture into a small mold and place it in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours.
Step 5 of 10
Remove the small heart from the mold (to make this easier, dip the mold in hot water for a few seconds) and place it in the center of the large mold.
Step 6 of 10
Pour 3 tsp (heaping) of gelatin over 100 ml of cold boiled water and leave it for the time specified on the package.
Step 7 of 10
Add sugar to the cream and bring it almost to boiling, but do not let it boil.
Step 8 of 10
Stir the gelatin into the hot cream.
Step 9 of 10
Pour a layer of cream 1–2 cm high into the mold and place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to secure the small heart so that it does not float in the cream.
Step 10 of 10
Then pour in the remaining cream and place it in the refrigerator for 5–6 hours.
