A colorful festive dessert that is perfect for Easter. Any berries (frozen or fresh) can be used as filling. Instead of kumquats, peeled and finely chopped citrus pieces may be used. To make the berries more visible, it is recommended to use a light syrup or compote.

Instructions
Step 1 of 10
Pour 100 ml of cold boiled water over the gelatin and leave it for the time specified on the package.
Step 2 of 10
Thoroughly wash the eggs using baking soda. Make a hole approximately 2–2.5 cm in diameter at the blunt end of each egg. Pour the contents of the eggs (white and yolk) into a bowl; only the shells are needed for the recipe.
Step 3 of 10
Dissolve baking soda in warm water and soak the shells in it for disinfection. After that, rinse them under running water.
Step 4 of 10
Heat the gelatin almost to boiling, but do not let it boil.
Step 5 of 10
Add sugar to taste into the juice and mix thoroughly.
Step 6 of 10
Pour the gelatin into the mixture and stir.
Step 7 of 10
Place the shells in an egg carton or a special stand for convenient filling. Place mint at the bottom of each half.
Step 8 of 10
Add berries and thinly sliced kumquats.
Step 9 of 10
Fill the contents with the juice and gelatin mixture. Place in the refrigerator for 8–10 hours.
Step 10 of 10
Finally, clean the shells.
