This aromatic and delicate dessert will be a wonderful addition to the holiday table. The recipe is simple to execute, and the result is very, very delicious. For the filling, you can use any dried fruits, candied peel or nuts to taste. The specified amount of ingredients makes 2 Paskhas with a height of 10 cm and a diameter of 12 cm.

Ingredients
Recipe scale: 1x
- farmer's cheese 1 kg
- butter 200 g
- eggs 5
- sugar 200 g
- vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- cream 400 ml
- nuts 100 g
- raisins 100 g
- candied peel 100 g
Instructions
Step 1 of 16
Rub the farmer's cheese through a sieve or pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 2 of 16
Add softened (not melted) butter and mix.
Step 3 of 16
Cut the vanilla bean and remove the seeds.
Step 4 of 16
Beat the eggs together with the sugar.
Step 5 of 16
Pour in the cream and mix.
Step 6 of 16
Add the vanilla seeds (if using vanilla sugar, it should also be added at this stage).
Step 7 of 16
Place the mixture over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Cook while stirring constantly until the mixture thickens (I cooked for 3 minutes after boiling). After that, let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 8 of 16
Finely chop the nuts.
Step 9 of 16
Large pieces of candied peel must be sliced.
Step 10 of 16
Mix the farmer's cheese, raisins (previously washed and dried), nuts and candied peel.
Step 11 of 16
Add the egg mixture to the farmer's cheese mixture and mix.
Step 12 of 16
Line a Paskha mold with cheesecloth folded in 2–3 layers so that the edges hang over.
Step 13 of 16
Transfer the farmer's cheese mixture into the mold. In the absence of a mold, you can use a colander or a new flower pot.
Step 14 of 16
Wrap the edges. Place the mold in a bowl or plate for the whey to drain.
Step 15 of 16
Place a weight on top (I used a 3-liter jar filled with water and closed with a lid). Put the mold with the weight in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Step 16 of 16
Remove the edges of the cheesecloth, flip the mold and remove the fabric. Decorate the Paskha to taste.
