Tomato Tarts with Onion
Wonderful tarts with a crispy base and a juicy, aromatic filling. It is extremely important to choose ripe and sweet tomatoes. I suggest using red onion for its mild flavor, although regular onion will also work. This quantity of ingredients is calculated for 9-10 tarts.
