Meat Zrazy with Onion and Egg
Zrazy are cutlets with a filling. I recommend preparing the minced meat yourself (I use a mixture of beef and pork). The dish turns out juicy, tender, and very delicious! As an alternative to the egg filling, you can use sautéed mushrooms. Mashed potatoes would be a great side dish.
