Ginger Pear Cake
An aromatic and tender dessert with moderate moisture. Apples can be used instead of pears, however, pears are recommended (preferably Packham or other varieties that are not too soft). The combination of fresh ginger for aroma and ground ginger for taste makes this recipe special.
