Plum Cake with Almond Cream
I recommend preparing this incredibly delicious dessert. The combination of juicy plums, fragrant cream, and delicate dough is simply magnificent! Apricots, peaches, cherries, and other fruits can be used as an alternative to plums. If you don't have almond flour, you can grind 100 g of almonds, as in the recipe for fig cake with almond cream. The recipe is designed for 6-8 servings.
