Rich Buns
Amazingly delicious pastry: tender, fluffy and aromatic. The recipe is as simple as possible. Cinnamon can be easily replaced with any other filling of your choice — for example, raisins, poppy seeds, dried apricots, candied fruits or prunes. You can make an assortment of different flavors.

Step 11 of 22

Step 18 of 22
Form a roll, pinching the edges.
Step 19 of 22
Cut the roll into pieces about 3–4 cm wide.
Step 20 of 22
Make a cut in each piece, without going all the way to the bottom.
Step 21 of 22
Unfold the pieces.
Step 22 of 22
Grease a baking pan with oil or use parchment paper. Place the buns and leave them for about 20 minutes. Put them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees to bake for 25–30 minutes.
