Marinated Trout with Soy Sauce
A wonderful fish dish characterized by tenderness and juiciness. Rainbow trout is used in the recipe, but it can be replaced with pink salmon or Atlantic salmon. Both dried and fresh ginger (or both at once) may be used. Potatoes or rice would make excellent side dishes. The recipe is for 3-4 servings.
