Oyster Mushroom Salad with Cherry Tomatoes and Carpaccio
An unusual, aromatic, and tasty salad. As an alternative to carpaccio, any meat delicacies will suit: pastrami, balyk, ham, and others. I used store-bought carpaccio, but you can make it yourself: Chicken Breast Carpaccio. This amount of ingredients makes 4-6 servings.
