Marinated Quail with Onion and Tomatoes
Tender, juicy, and very delicious quail. If a grill is unavailable, a frying pan can be used, taking care not to overcook the meat. Chicken drumsticks, thighs, or wings, as well as cornish hens (their cooking time will be slightly longer than for quail), are suitable alternatives.
