Instructions
Step 1 of 11
Boil the fillet in salted water until done (the process takes about 20 minutes after boiling). Save 1 cup of the resulting broth.
Step 2 of 11
Pour 100 ml of cooled boiled water over the gelatin and leave it for the time specified on the package.
Step 3 of 11
Thoroughly wash the eggs using baking soda. Make a hole approximately 2–2.5 cm in diameter at the blunt end of each egg. Pour the contents of the eggs into a bowl; only the shells are needed for the recipe.
Step 4 of 11
Dissolve baking soda in warm water and soak the shells in it for disinfection. After that, rinse them under running water.
Step 5 of 11
Cut the ham (gammon, carbonade, or sausage) into small cubes. Alternatively, boiled chicken fillet can be used.
Step 6 of 11
Remove seeds from the pepper and cut it into small cubes.
Step 7 of 11
Completely dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of hot broth.
Step 8 of 11
For ease of filling, place the shells in a container or an egg holder. Place pepper and greens at the bottom of each half.
Step 9 of 11
Add corn, peas, and meat.
Step 10 of 11
Fill the contents with broth and gelatin and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 11 of 11
Carefully remove the shells from the eggs.
