- baton
- vegetable oil
- butter 1 tsp
- flour 1 tsp
- meat broth concentrate 1
- sour cream 100 g
- salt

Slice the baton into 6 pieces, 1–1.5 cm thick.

Remove the crumb from the center.

Fry the pieces in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Melt the butter.

Stir in the flour.

Pour in the meat broth concentrate.

Add the sour cream and bring the mixture to a boil.
