Easter Kulich with Ryazhenka
A stunning recipe for a tender and airy Kulich. I highly recommend making it! This amount of ingredients will yield 3 cakes, each 11 cm high and 17 cm wide.

Step 22 of 24
Let the dough rise. Place in an oven preheated to 100 degrees for 10 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 180 degrees and bake until done (a Kulich (Easter bread) 11 cm high and 17 cm wide took 35 minutes: 10 minutes at 100 degrees and 25 at 180 degrees). Check for doneness with a wooden skewer: if it comes out dry, the Kulich (Easter bread) is ready.
Step 23 of 24
The cooled Kulich (Easter bread) can be covered with egg white frosting.
Step 24 of 24
Decorate with confectionery sprinkles.
