Alexandrian Kulich (Easter bread) - recipe with photo

Alexandrian Kulich (Easter bread)

I am sharing a popular recipe for Kulich with you. The result is magnificent: the pastry comes out light, airy and very tasty. Do not be intimidated by the amount of sugar and butter — the portion is large, so the cakes will be moderately sweet and not too greasy. Pay attention to the nuances of the process.
