Baked Sea Bass with Pesto and Tomatoes
Sea bass is characterized by its delicate taste, juiciness, and tenderness. Tilapia, cod, or other types of fish can be used as alternatives. Pesto sauce can be purchased at a store or made from scratch. Potatoes or rice are recommended as side dishes. This recipe makes 2-3 servings.
