Okroshka
In the summer heat, okroshka is considered one of the most sought-after dishes. It has a refreshing cold taste while remaining filling. Kefir can be used as a base instead of kvass. Additionally, a spoonful of horseradish can be added to the bowls when serving. This volume of ingredients makes approximately 10 portions.
