I suggest preparing a traditional dish of Kabardian cuisine, where fried chicken is simmered in a sour cream sauce. This is a wonderful way to diversify your diet. Chicken thighs are used in the recipe, however, any parts of the bird can be taken. Instead of preparing broth, it is permissible to use hot water.
