Berry Marmalade
Previously we shared a recipe for fruit marmalade, now I suggest preparing another version. Any berries that can be turned into a smooth puree will work. Frozen fruits should be defrosted beforehand and excess liquid drained. It is important to use agar-agar specifically, as replacing it with gelatin is unacceptable.
