Baked Chicken Fillet with Honey Agaricus
An incredibly simple and appetizing dish! The meat turns out tender, and the mushrooms perfectly complement its flavor. You can use any mushrooms, but I recommend honey agaricus (in my case, they were frozen). Instead of wholegrain mustard, you can use regular mustard paste.
