A delicious and rich salad. It is very easy and quick to prepare, making it a great choice for a light dinner or lunch. Feta and olives provide the special taste. Bryndza can be used as an alternative to feta, and black olives can be used instead of green ones. I did not add salt, as olives and feta are salty enough on their own.
