Choux Pastries with Craquelin, Cream and Cherry Jam

I present a recipe for very beautiful and delicious desserts. The crispy sandy crust — craquelin — not only decorates the pastries but also complements their taste. Choux with such an element look festive. If desired, you can change the color of the craquelin or choose any other filling.
