Milk Girl Cake
I'm sharing a recipe for a very popular dessert. Many probably already know it, and I sincerely recommend beginners to try it. The result is incredibly tender and juicy. You can add any berries or fruits to the filling. If you plan to cover the cake with cream on the outside, increase the portion of ingredients for it by 1.5 times.

Ingredients
for 6 servings
- condensed milk 380 g
- eggs 2
- vanilla sugar 10 g
- baking powder 10 g
- flour 130-150 g
- cream cheese 500 g
- cream 33-35% 300 ml
- powdered sugar 100 g
Instructions
Step 1 of 13
Combine the condensed milk, eggs and vanilla sugar.
Step 2 of 13
Mix.
Step 3 of 13
Add baking powder and flour.
Step 4 of 13
Mix.
Step 5 of 13
Place thin layers of batter, 1–2 tbsp each, onto a silicone mat or parchment paper. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 7–10 minutes. I got 7 cake layers with a diameter of 20 cm. I used a baking ring: I placed it on the mat, spread the mixture and then removed the ring. You can also mark a circle with a marker on the parchment paper, flip it over (so the batter does not touch the ink) and spread the batter. The finished layers can be trimmed. Remove them from the paper or mat immediately after baking. If stacking the layers on top of each other, it is advisable to place parchment paper between them (so they do not stick together).

I used a ring to assemble the cake (you can do without it, but it is more convenient with one). Place a cake layer.
