Cherry Chocolate Financiers
I have previously shared a recipe for financiers, and now I suggest preparing another variation of these exquisite cakes. The combination of cherry and chocolate is considered flawless. Although any other berries can be used instead of cherries, I specifically recommend them. Both frozen fruits (no need to defrost in advance) and fresh ones (the main thing is to remove the pits) are suitable.
