Cherry Pie with Pastry Cream
A magnificent dessert! The combination of almond pastry, fragrant cherries, and soft cream creates a stunning taste! Lingonberries would be a suitable alternative to cherries. Frozen berries should be defrosted in advance and excess juice removed. The recipe is for 6-8 servings.
