Double Flavor Chocolate Madeleines
Magnificent madeleines with a deep chocolate aroma and tender texture. The recipe uses white and dark chocolate, but the latter can be replaced with milk chocolate for a different taste. Traditionally they are baked in shell-shaped molds, however any small molds will work; it is important to fill them with a layer of approximately 1–2 cm.
