Pearl Barley Meatballs
Tender meatballs in a rich sauce. Pearl barley gives the dish an original taste. Choose any suitable minced meat (this recipe uses a mixture of beef and pork). Boil the pearl barley in advance (100 g of dry grain will be needed). Potatoes would be a great side dish.
