Lazy Napoleon
I am sharing with you the easiest recipe. The dessert turns out very delicious: a delicate cream combines with crispy layers. In the preparation, I used ready-made dough (4 rectangular sheets in a pack), which I lightly rolled out and shaped into squares. This amount of ingredients makes 6-8 servings.

Cut out a circle (20–24 cm in diameter). Keep the scraps. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 20–25 minutes. Prepare 4 layers this way.
Step 3 of 16
Crush the scraps.
Preparing the cream
Step 4 of 16
Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 5 of 16
Stir in the flour.
Step 6 of 16
Mix well.
Step 7 of 16
Bring the milk to a boil.
Step 8 of 16
Pour the boiling milk into the egg mixture. Place over heat.
Step 9 of 16
Cook until thickened (remove from heat when the consistency becomes like thick sour cream). Let it cool.
Step 10 of 16
Add about 50 g of softened (not melted) butter to the cooled mixture.
Step 11 of 16
Beat. Add another 50 g of butter. Beat.

Step 14 of 16
Cover with a second layer. Spread with cream. Assemble the entire cake similarly.
Step 15 of 16
