Baked Tongues
I am sharing an original recipe for preparing tongues. The dish turns out very aromatic and juicy. The finished product can be sliced thinly, added to a salad, or used for sandwiches. This recipe uses pork tongues; however, beef tongues are also suitable but will require more baking time.
