Soffioni Pastries
I present to you Soffioni, Italian desserts known as "love letters." They are characterized by a delicate dough and an airy, aromatic filling. It is incredibly delicious! As an alternative to ricotta, farmer's cheese may be used, although ricotta is more suitable. This quantity of ingredients makes 8-10 pastries.
