Spinach Waffles
A bright breakfast that will give you a boost of energy and a great mood from the very morning. These waffles pair perfectly with various additions: cheese, fish or meat. I especially recommend serving them with red fish and cream cheese. :) Fresh spinach is used in this recipe, however, frozen can also be used.
