Tomato Meatballs with Spinach
Spinach makes the meatballs juicier, giving them a special taste and hue. Any vegetables of your choice will be an excellent side dish. You can also choose the minced meat to your taste (in this recipe, a mixture of beef and pork). Canned peas may be used instead of frozen ones.
