Zander with Cherry Tomatoes and Porcini Mushrooms
A fragrant and delicate fish dish. Instead of zander, sea bass, cod, saffron cod or other types of fish can be used as a base. Using fillets is not mandatory: if the fish is not too bony, it can simply be chopped into small pieces. Boiled frozen mushrooms are used in this recipe; if using fresh ones, increase their frying time.
