Stewed Lamb with Quince
A stunning dish! The meat becomes soft, tender and very aromatic. As an alternative to quince, you can use sour apples, adding them 15-20 minutes before the end of cooking. It is recommended to serve with rice, bulgur or potatoes. The recipe is for 2-4 servings.
