Ginger Chocolate Walnut Cookies
A stunning dessert! The thickness of the rolled-out dough determines the result: thin pieces will become crispy, while thicker ones will remain soft. The finished product can be topped with a walnut half or covered in chocolate glaze. The recipe makes 40-45 pieces.
