Cheese Pie with Tomatoes and Ham Hocks
This pie pairs perfectly with morning tea or coffee, especially if served warm. A shallow baking pan is recommended. Mozzarella can be replaced with any other cheese, cut into small pieces, and cherry tomatoes can be replaced with regular tomatoes, sliced into rounds.
