Marzipan Cake with Cranberries - recipe with photo

Marzipan Cake with Cranberries

A magnificent dessert! Thanks to the marzipan, the dish becomes aromatic, moist and has a unique taste, so this ingredient should not be replaced. Marzipan is available in most large supermarkets (I bought mine at Ikea). As an alternative to cranberries, you can use dried cherries, however, I do not recommend using frozen or fresh berries.
