Hungarian Goulash
An amazing soup! Although goulash is often referred to as a meat dish with gravy, this recipe describes specifically a soup. It turns out rich and thick, with a deep aroma and flavor. You can replace the beef with other meat or sauté the onions in vegetable oil, however, this will change the taste and essence of the original dish.
