Portuguese Pastéis de Nata
I'm sharing a recipe for an amazing dessert from Portugal. The combination of crispy pastry and delicate cream makes it incredibly delicious, while the cooking process remains simple and fast. You will need 250 g puff pastry for this dish (usually sold in 500 g packs). With the remaining 250 g pastry and 3 egg whites, you can make puff pastries: beat 3 egg whites with 150 g sugar.
