Italian Biscotti Cookies
Biscotti are one of the most famous recipes from Italy. Any nuts can be used as a base instead of almonds, and cherries can be replaced with dried fruits or candied peel. Traditionally, they are served with wine, hot chocolate, or coffee. These ingredients make 30-40 pieces.
