Homemade Aspic
There are a huge number of ways to prepare aspic: from chicken, pork or beef. I am sharing our favorite recipe. The main thing when cooking is to maintain a slow simmer of the broth and be sure to use meat on the bone. Grated horseradish or mustard will be excellent additions to the dish.
