Meat "Nests" from Minced Meat
A stunning dish: juicy, tender and aromatic nests. I recommend making the minced meat by hand (in my case, it is beef and pork). Instead of eggs, vegetables, cheese or fried mushrooms would be suitable as a filling. It can be served with rice, potatoes or a vegetable salad.
