Farmer's Cheese Kulich (Easter Bread)
I recommend this recipe to those who prefer moist and juicy kulichi. Farmer's cheese gives the pastry exceptional tenderness and a wonderful taste. It is best to use high-quality farmer's cheese or make it yourself: farmer's cheese.

Wait for the dough to rise. Place in an oven preheated to 100 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes. After that, increase the temperature to 180 degrees. Bake until done (my Kulich (Easter bread) with a height of 11 cm and a width of 17 cm took 35 minutes: 10 minutes at 100 degrees and 25 at 180 degrees). Check for doneness with a wooden skewer: if it comes out dry, the Kulich (Easter bread) is ready.
Step 22 of 22
The finished cakes can be decorated with sprinkles and frosted with egg white cream.
