Chocolate Muffins with Orange Filling
The combination of soft chocolate batter and aromatic jam creates a wonderful taste. I recommend using a thick jam, preferably lemon or orange. To create holes for the filling, I used a special corer, but you can use a small knife. The final touch is decorating the muffins with a two-tone egg white cream.
