Austrian Krapfen Doughnuts
Krapfen are traditional Austrian doughnuts filled with apricot jam. Although the original recipe uses it, you can choose any other flavor according to your preference. :) The dessert turns out very tender and airy, and the filling harmonizes perfectly with the taste of the dough. This amount of ingredients makes 20-25 pieces.
