Crème Brûlée Dessert
A stunning treat! Airy cream topped with a brittle sugar layer. To achieve a magnificent aroma, I recommend using natural vanilla. This quantity of ingredients is calculated for 3-4 servings.

Instructions
Step 1 of 11
[Preparation] Cut the vanilla bean. Extract the seeds (if the bean is large, half can be used).
Step 2 of 11
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until smooth.
Step 3 of 11
Add the vanilla seeds and mix.
Step 4 of 11
Heat the cream until it boils. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly (for 10–15 minutes).
Step 5 of 11
Slowly pour the hot cream into the egg yolk mixture in a thin stream. Mix.
Step 6 of 11
Distribute the mixture into small ramekins.
Step 7 of 11
Place the ramekins inside one large baking pan.
Step 8 of 11
Carefully pour hot water up to half the height of the small ramekins. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 40–45 minutes. Check for doneness by gently shaking the pan: the texture should be like jelly. Let the dessert cool completely.
Step 9 of 11
Sprinkle the cooled cream with a thin layer of brown sugar (about 2 tsp per ramekin).
Step 10 of 11
Melt the sugar into caramel using a kitchen torch. In the absence of the device, use the grill mode in the oven until a golden crust appears.
Step 11 of 11
Let the finished dish cool completely and serve. [/Preparation]
