Baked Duck Fillet with Apple and Pear - recipe with photo

Baked Duck Fillet with Apple and Pear

Juicy pears and apples serve as a side dish and pair perfectly with tender duck meat. As an alternative to duck fillet, chicken may be used, although the taste of the dish will change. It is recommended to choose sour or sour-sweet apples (for example, Granny Smith variety) and firm pears (for example, Packham variety).
